Deleting your account removes your access to the patient app. Some medical and legally required records may still be retained by your care team.

What is not deleted

Medical records, treatment history, invoices, and other information may be retained where required for healthcare, tax, or legal reasons. Retained data is not used for marketing or normal app services.
